1. Information We Collect

DropNova does not require users to create an account or provide personal information such as their name, postal address, phone number or email address in order to play the game.

DropNova uses third-party services, including Google Mobile Ads, that may automatically collect certain information from your device. Depending on your device, region, privacy choices and applicable law, this information may include:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate approximate or general location;
• Device or other identifiers, such as advertising-related or app identifiers where available;
• App interactions, including interactions with the app or advertisements;
• Diagnostic and performance information; and
• Information used for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security and compliance.

2. Advertising

DropNova is supported in part by advertising. We use Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads to display advertisements.

Google and its advertising technologies may process information such as device identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, app interactions and diagnostic information for purposes including advertising, ad measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, security and compliance.

3. Consent and Privacy Choices

Where required, DropNova uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request or manage privacy and advertising consent choices. The choices available to you may vary according to your region and applicable law.

Where privacy options are made available within DropNova, users may use those options to review or change applicable consent choices.

4. In-App Purchases

DropNova may offer an optional Remove Ads purchase through Google Play.

Purchases are processed by Google Play. CyberHacks Studio does not directly collect or store your complete payment card or banking details.

Information necessary to process, verify, restore or manage a purchase may be handled by Google Play and may be made available to the app as necessary to provide the purchased feature.

5. Local Game Data

DropNova may store game-related information locally on your device to provide game functionality and maintain your progress. This may include:

• Game settings and preferences;
• High scores and gameplay statistics;
• Player progression and XP;
• Achievements;
• Mission progress;
• Nova Coins and other in-game progression;
• Unlocked or selected cosmetic items;
• Daily reward or login-streak progress; and
• Other locally saved game information.

Locally stored game information is not an online user account. Clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app may result in the loss of locally stored information, subject to any applicable Android or Google backup and restore behavior.

6. How Information Is Used

Information may be processed to:

• Operate and maintain DropNova;
• Provide game functionality;
• Maintain local game preferences and progress;
• Provide and measure advertisements;
• Understand app and advertising interactions;
• Diagnose technical issues and improve reliability;
• Prevent fraud, abuse and security threats;
• Comply with applicable legal obligations; and
• Process and manage applicable in-app purchases.

In-game progression such as Nova Coins and XP is not designed to be converted into real-world money, cryptocurrency or transferable digital assets.

7. Sharing of Information

Information may be transmitted to third-party service providers when necessary to provide their services. Services relevant to DropNova may include:

• Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads – advertising, ad measurement, related analytics and fraud prevention;
• Google User Messaging Platform – management of applicable advertising and privacy consent choices;
• Google Play – app distribution and applicable in-app purchase processing.

These third-party services process information according to their respective privacy policies and terms.

DropNova does not currently provide player-to-player chat, messaging or a feature for users to publicly exchange personal information with other players.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the app to protect information handled through DropNova. Third-party services may use security measures such as encryption in transit.

However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Data Retention

Game progress and preferences stored locally may remain on your device until removed through app functionality, application-data clearing or uninstallation, subject to applicable backup and restore behavior.

Information processed by third-party services may be retained according to those providers' policies and applicable legal requirements.

10. Children's Privacy

DropNova is not specifically designed or directed toward young children. The intended audience is teenagers and adults, subject to the age classifications assigned by Google Play and participating rating authorities.

DropNova does not currently provide an account-registration system through which users are asked to submit their name, email address, postal address or phone number directly to CyberHacks Studio.

12. Location

DropNova does not require precise physical location for its core gameplay.

Third-party advertising services may process an IP address that can be used to estimate a user's general or approximate location. This is different from DropNova requesting access to a device's precise GPS location.

13. International Processing

Third-party service providers used by DropNova may process information in countries other than the country in which you live. Such processing is subject to the applicable provider's privacy practices and applicable data-protection requirements.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when DropNova's features, third-party services, legal requirements or data practices change.
